The conclusion of our gel result is that we had no DNA on well # 3 which we should have seen. we should have seen plant DNA but we did not. We can not really rely on our results.
Your results are well presented, even though the gel is kind of blurry. Our results were similar, because we did not see DNA in lane 3 either.
ReplyDeleteI like how you had a key for your gel. It wil help people understand what the gel is and whats on each row. Al thought i wish you could have explained the conclusion a little more. Like maybe why you didn't get any DNA on well 3
